Created by Melly.Monkey and came 2nd in our our Flat Terrain Competition.
These roads were made for 6mm terrain. Each road is approximately 1 inch long and .25 inch wide. A master road was sculpted using Sculpey oven bake clay. Once the master was complete, a frame of Legos was set around it to create a box to pour a silicone mold mix into. This was done 3 times in total to help reduce the casting time later. The 15 casts were made using Merlin's Magic plaster with a dab of dish soap added to help break the surface tension of the water. Once dry, the casts were painted using acrylic paints & washes.
